Game Day Guacamole is perfect for any occasion
This seems to find a special place on our party table surrounded with tortillas, pita chips, or veggie sticks; sometimes all three!
Avocados can be a hit or miss when shopping in the produce section, so when you find them perfectly ripe, be sure to grab a few to make this surprisingly easy appetizer.
What I like most about this is this: I know exactly what is going into my snack.
I can pronounce each and every ingredient, can control the salt and love the fact that it is healthy and fresh.

This sounds like an easy guacamole recipe! My husband loves the stuff. 🙂
It is REALLY easy! In a true pinch, I’ve mixed mashed up avocado, salsa and lime. Can’t get easier than that! 🙂
I LOVE guacamole. My favorite is to make it with green onions (shallots) instead of regular or red onions. Oh, and garlic. I put a little bit of garlic in mine. Because garlic makes everything better.
Oooh- green onions…never thought to use those! I’ll have to try that.
And garlic makes my world go round. 😉
Shut the front door. I LOVE guac – always looking for new recipes- thank you!
Open that door! This guac is knocking, and it is ready to party! 😉
I absolutely love homemade guacamole! And like Jennifer said…. everything is better with garlic!
Yes! Everything IS better with garlic. Then again, coming from an Italian, would I be able to say anything different? haha!
I am on such a guacamole kick at the moment that this actually made my mouth water. The fact that it is this easy to make…I have to try it!
Yes! Do try it! I’ve had this with my morning eggs, on toast or a bagel? Yum!
UMMM yes please! This looks delicious!
You will love it! So yummy!!
