Helpful Tools to Make These Recipes

These are some of the products I use to make and serve these dishes. Sometimes it helps to have separate serving and cooking dishes for gluten-free meals so guests know exactly what they can pile on their plate without any worries.

  • Colored Serving Dishes like these sturdy and beautiful Staub Bakers from Crate & Barrel. These are multi-purpose and come in so many beautiful colors.
  • Large Sheet Pan– is great for roasting veggies or making an entire meal.
  • Box Grater– can be used for more than just grating cheese! Use for potatoes, jicama, zucchini, or carrots! I love using this to make our Zucchini-Carrot Muffins, which you can make gluten-free by substituting your favorite gluten-free flour (which I find is the cheapest on Amazon)

Substitute Ingredients for gluten-free breakfast ideas

When it comes to eating a gluten-free diet, sometimes the easiest swap for baked goods is the flour. I like to use a one-for-one flour substitute, but you can also use almond flour or whatever your favorite may be. This will work especially well for muffins, cakes, pancakes, or waffles. My friend Mel has a great recipe for gluten-free pumpkin muffins that would be a great addition to the breafast table too!

Be sure to have these ingredients on hand too:

  • Butter or ghee
  • Sour Cream
  • Apple Sauce
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Yogurt
