Adjusting to a Low-Carb Meal Plan

When I started on my Keto journey, I was all excited that unlike other meal plans, I did not have to suffer giving up some of my favorite foods like butter, cheese, and berries.

But, and I will not lie, this is a BIG BUT, I had to give up bread and pasta.

This was not good because I love my pasta and bread! The other sacrifice I had to come to terms with was giving up sweets.

I also love my cakes and cookies, so this set me in motion to find tasty alternatives!

We found this amazing ketosis measuring tool, called Keyto. It looks like a pen and is portable. Very easy to use and will help you keep on track!

Typically, I have eggs every morning for breakfast with my coffee. Needing a change, I decided to look up a Keto-friendly muffin and realized not much was available!

There are plenty of mug cakes, which we will recipe test soon, but no mug muffins.
