Simple Broccoli & Spaghetti Directions

Bring water to a boil in a stock pot with a touch of olive oil.

Add spaghetti and broccoli to boiling water and cook together until the pasta is finished according to package directions.

Drain pot making sure to leave about 5% of water in pasta.

Add a generous amount of olive oil (about 1/4 C.) salt & pepper. Heavy on salt, very light on pepper.

Place broccoli and spaghetti in a bowl and add a generous sprinkle of grated cheese.

  • 1 box spaghetti
  • Olive oil
  • Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese

Instructions
