Halloween Trail Mix

Snack Ideas For Halloween Party

I am partial to Halloween because it is my birthday and I love to celebrate with decorations, candy, and cake! I also love to relax and enjoy all the different Halloween costumes and count how many witch hats are worn as they arrive at the door. It is also a time of year that I keep to an easy dinner, and a delicious snack close by.

Halloween Snack Mix Ingredients

Fall Snack Recipe Ingredients

For this easy Halloween snack mix, all you really need are your favorite sweet and salty treats! And best of all, it takes less than five minutes to put this festive mix together. Honestly, you might not even wait to stir it before digging in for a handful! But, for this fun mix, this is what I used:

  • Bugles – these corn-based snacks can be found in the store in the chips aisle and have been around since I was a kid. They look like little Thanksgiving cornucopias, waiting to be filled!
  • Salted Peanuts– I like the salted cocktail peanuts, but you can add cashews or almonds too.
  • Chocolate Candies– M&M's are my go-to!
  • Caramel Popcorn– I love this flavor of popcorn, but if you have plain, that is good.
  • Mini Pretzels– Bite-sized pretzels bring all the crunch and saltiness!
  • Chex mix– There are so many varieties now, pick your fav! I liked the Annie's Cheddar Snack Mix, so that's what I used.
  • Candy pumpkins-In my humble opinion, Brach's is the only fall candy I have- either candy corn or pumpkins- The Harvest Mix bag has both!
