When I get a request for a quick treat, I often pull out a recipe that is tried and true. My kids ask me how to make easy banana bread so often, it was time to finally share my recipe.
Easy Banana Bread is in Every Recipe Box
If you searched a recipe box in every household, my guess is you would find a recipe tucked away for this quick bread. Every Mom, Grandma or friend has their own version of “The Best” banana bread. I grew up eating a version that was very tasty but soon found that no one truly made it the same way; some used sour cream, others used pudding
or chocolate chips
, heck, some even used a boxed version
.
How do you Make Easy Banana Bread?
This is a question I hear most often and have come up with a version that I like the best. This recipe is very simple to make and comes out more like a cake than bread. You can frost with cream cheese frosting which, by the way, is delicious, or eat plain. I've even made them into cupcakes and they didn't last long, especially with a good cup of coffee from this coffee maker!
