Super easy Egg Drop Soup is quick and delicious! Full of rich broth, whispy egg, and fresh green onion, this is just as good as the restaurant if not BETTER!

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs whisked well
  • 1 green onion sliced for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour chicken broth in a medium saucepot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Crack eggs into a bowl, and whisk until creamy.
  • Slice up a green onion for garnish.
  • When broth is boiling, slowly drizzle egg into the liquid, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Ladle soup into a bowl and sprinkle with green onion.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
