box Strawberry Cake Mix

large eggs

vegetable oil
or melted butter
Powdered sugar
for rolling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil or melted butter, until a soft dough forms.
Scoop dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll each dough ball generously in powdered sugar.
Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the cookies are set and crackled on top.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
