Roasted Asparagus in the oven is so delicious! With tender stalks of al dente asparagus sprinkled with salt, it can almost be the star of the table rather than a tasty side dish!
Take one stalk out of the bunch and gently bend until stalk snaps. Place this piece next to the rest of the asparagus and use as a guide, cut the entire bunch at breaking point.
Place prepped asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Cover with salt and pepper and give a light toss.
Place in oven and roast for 15 minutes. Stir gently and roast another 5-10 minutes.
