Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl or stand mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar.
Add in eggs, mashed bananas and vanilla to butter mixture and combine.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 11-inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick tests done.
