1Granny Smith applecored and sliced in thick slices
1Tbspcinnamon
1/2stick butter
1/4Cbrown sugar

Instructions
In frying pan or skillet, cook pork chops in 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper each side. Cook chops 2-3 minutes each side until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
When chops are done, set cooked pork aside on a plate to rest.
While chops are cooking, melt butter in a separate pan.
Add apple slices to melted butter and cook until slightly tender.
Add cinnamon and brown sugar to apples and butter.
Cook 5 minutes.
The final step is to add Applejack whiskey to apple mixture and cook 5 minutes (to cook off alcohol).
Top cooked pork chops with apple mixture and serve.
