AP Flour

unsweetened cocoa powder

Cup
granulated sugar

Cup
brown sugar
1
Cup
butter
melted

eggs

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
espresso powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan, or prepare with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, & espresso powder.
Add to butter mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in Chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake 30-40 minutes.
Brownies should be just set in center- toothpick test can have a bit of batter on it (not clean like a cake)
Remove pan from oven and cool on wire rack.
Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.
