Ingredients

quick oats- old fashioned or quick cooking
½
cup
sweetened coconut flakes
½
cup
pumpkin seeds
½
cup
sunflower seeds
½
cup
sliced almonds
¼
cup
raw dark brown sugar

Tbsp.
canola oil

Tbsp.
honey
1
Tbsp.
maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in bowl until well coated
Spread in single layer on cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
Stir gently and return to oven. Bake additional 9-10 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven and stir in favorite dried fruit. (I used dried cherries)
Let cool and place in airtight container or zip lock bag
