Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease the bottom of the loaf pan with butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine mix, water, oil, and eggs.
Stir with spoon or spatula until well combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick tests clean.
Cool bread for 20 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
