Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Add butter and cut in with pastry cutter or two knives until mixture looks like bread crumbs.
Add in buttermilk and stir gently until soft ball forms.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead 8-10 times.
Pat out into circle or rectangle that is about 1/2 -inch thick
Using a 3-inch circle cutter, square cutter or mouth of glass, cut out biscuits.
Place cut outs onto parchment lined baking tray.
Brush buttermilk on top of each biscuit with pastry brush.
Place in oven and bake 10-12 minutes.
Serve with butter, honey or jam.
