Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Ziplock bag.
Mix all ingredients by kneading softly.
Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat cast iron pan with 1 Tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat until pan is hot.
Place steak in the pan and cook 8-10 minutes per side. The temperature should read 145 on an instant-read thermometer for medium-rare.
Remove from pan and allow steak to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
