Coffee Spice Rub:

Instructions
Combine ground coffee and spices in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Store in a jar (like a small mason jar) for 2 months. Use rub on all types of meat.
Place roast on cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel.
Cover with coffee spice rub by patting and rubbing into the roast.
Set on plate and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator and cover with plastic wrap; return to refrigerator for 24 hours.
TO COOK ROAST:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place roast on rack in a roasting pan and cook 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue roasting for 50-60 minutes, or until internal temp reads 130 degrees with an instant thermometer.
Remove from oven and tent loosely with aluminum foil and let rest for 15 minutes. The temperature should read 135 degrees for medium-rare doneness.
