washed and trimmed
Instructions
Run through a juicer and drink immediately.
Or chop and blend in blender until smooth- strain and drink immediately.
Notes
Drink first thing in the morning on empty stomach. If that is not doable, then anytime during day 15-30 minutes before consuming anything.
