Easy Dessert for entertaining or kid's party! Tastes like a big chocolate chip cookie dough!

Ingredients
1 8ozpkg. cream cheesesoftened at room temperature
½cup1 stick butter, softened
¾cupconfectioner sugar
2Tbsp.brown sugar
1/8tsp.vanilla bean pasteoptional
¼tsp.vanilla extract
2/3cupmini-chocolate chips
1cupchopped pecans or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Slowly add in both sugars and mix until creamy.
Add vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips until well blended.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
Once chilled, remove from fridge and place cheese mixture on a piece of plastic wrap.
Carefully wrap up mixture and shape into a ball.
Place wrapped ball back into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight). Right before serving, unwrap ball and roll in chopped nuts or in mini chocolate chips.
Serve with assortment of your favorite graham cracker flavors!
