Easy No Bake Energy Bites
Easy No Bake Energy Bites are full of good things, such as peanut butter, oats, quinoa and chocolate chips. Perfect for a snack on the go!

Ingredients
1 1/4
cup
rolled oats
not Irish oats, just plain old-fashioned oats
1/2
cup
creamy peanut butter
1/4
cup
uncooked quinoa
1/3
cup
agave nectar
1/2
cup
mini chocolate chips
I used Enjoy Life

tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Add everything in a bowl and stir well.
Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes so the mixture can firm up a bit. This makes it easier to scoop and roll.
After 20 minutes, use your cookie scoop to portion out each bite; roll in hands to smooth out and you have made yourself a no bake energy bite!
You can place them in a container with a lid and place back in the fridge for snack time.
