Ingredients
1bag frozen cleaned shrimpcooked
1Moyer Angus Beef Strip Steak
salt & pepper
Instructions
Defrost shrimp according to directions
Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat with 1 Tbsp olive oil.
Salt and pepper steak on one side and place seasoned side down in pan.
Salt and pepper other side.
Cook 4 -5 minutes per side (medium-rare), 1-2 minutes longer if you like less pink.
Remove and let rest 10 minutes before cutting in bite-sized pieces.
With a toothpick, skewer a piece of shrimp, then steak. Place on serving tray or cutting board to enjoy!
