Glazed Pork Chops "A-La Anthony"



  1. In fry pan, cook pork chops in 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper each side.
  2. While cooking, in separate pan, melt butter.
  3. Add apple slices and cook until slightly tender.
  4. Add cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. At end, add Applejack whiskey and cook 5 minutes (to cook off alcohol).
  7. Top cooked porkchops with apple mixture and serve.
