No shame here. I still got out there and accomplished 31, 301 steps, and ran 13.2 miles.
Not too shabby considering that I did not run or walk very much all weekend. I did stand a lot as I put away laundry and cleaned up rooms, but my little Striiv unit does not count standing still unfortunately.
The great thing about this week? I had four different people ask me what was hooked on my pocket! I of course had to show them how cool it was and all the features that were available. I could not stop raving about Striiv and how fun it was to use. In fact, three of the four had read about it on my blog and said “Oh, I read about that….can I see what it does?”
The most exciting feature I find is the charity donation. I mentioned last week that I wanted to donate a polio vaccine this week. Well, I did not download my info in time and ended up donating a total of 6 days of water!! Major score!
The immunization takes 60,000 steps, so I am still working on my first donation. I have every confidence that I will reach that over the weekend. 🙂
I can honestly say that this Striiv unit is with me ALL the TIME! I love having a little motivator cheering me on with every step I take.
Stop by Just Be Enough to see how the other ladies did with the challenge this week! Oh, and you will also learn how YOU can have a chance to win a Striiv Unit of your very own! 🙂
*I was provided (1) Striiv Unit to participate in a month long product test through Just Be Enough. I was not compensated for this post. All opinions are my own.
