Slow Cooker Recipe: Pork & Gravy

As I am working from home now, I am trying to plan out our dinner menus. Makes it easier. When the meal is crockpot bound? That is ideal. So I came up with this recipe over the weekend. I wanted to make slow cooked BBQ, but instead of defrosting ribs, I took out pork chops instead. Re-working my plan, I came up with a pork and gravy dish that had my son drooling as he walked in claiming “Mom! That smells so good! Can we have that tonight?!”

You will need to start with 8 center cut pork chops and the following:

I love Chi-town!! The same happens here in upstate NY....After Labor Day the air changes and cozy meals make their way back to the kitchen! This was a hit with the family...they loved it! I will certainly make again...if you make this dish, please let me know how it comes out! :)
