Soon, days will be filled with warm sun and crisp air. The last of the garden bounty will try desperately to ripen before the night blanket of frost settles over earth and leaves.
And local orchards will prepare their harvest for the masses…to accommodate self-pick bushels or having baskets of apples at the ready for a convenient quick stop.
Fall is my favorite season…cannot wait for it to arrive!
